These terms govern your use of 1st Finance App (“the app”). By using the app, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.
1st Finance App is a personal budgeting tool that helps you plan income and spending across pay periods and track how much you have left over. It is a planning and record-keeping aid only.
The app does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. The numbers, projections, and estimates it shows (including debt-payoff estimates, which ignore interest by design) are illustrative and based entirely on the figures you enter. You are responsible for your own financial decisions. Always verify important figures against your bank and other official statements.
The budget data you enter is yours. We handle it as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export a full copy at any time from Settings → Backup. We recommend keeping your own backups of anything important.
The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may update, change, or discontinue features, and cloud sync depends on third-party services that can have downtime. We don’t guarantee the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app and its makers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for any financial loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the app. Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limitations, so parts of this may not apply to you.
If we change these terms materially, we’ll update the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
